Whether for a new buyer or seller we ensure the home will be cared for properly. Our customizable plans give your client peace of mind, helping you maintain a strong relationship. If referred, your clients will receive the utmost support, just as our current clients do. As property management specialists we focus on property management exclusively. It is our goal to provide you and your client with the best experience possible.

Here are some scenarios on how we can benefit your client:

  • A home has been listed for sale for an extended period of time
  • A client is in need of immediate income and cannot wait until the property sells
  • A client that’s ready to buy a house and needs to do something with their home quickly

Here’s how it works:

When your clients need our professional property management service for their property, we offer a 30% referral incentive of the first month’s rental rate. For example rent is $1,000.00 you get $300.00!

What is required?

  • Must have a signed management agreement
  • Tenant has signed lease and occupied property
  • Security deposit has been paid
  • First month’s rent has been paid

For Clients

As our client, you understand how we operate and just how far we are willing to go to please. We are taking this relationship a step further by rewarding you for referrals through the CTL Referral Program.

Here’s how it works:

If you refer a prospective homeowner who needs our professional property management services, we will pay you 30% of the first month’s rent. For example if the rent is $1,000.00 you get $300.00!

The referring owner must be an existing client with CTL for at least 90 days. The new owner must sign a management agreement Become a partner in business with us today!
